Is the domain really included?

Yes. We register a new domain in your name, or connect the one you already have at no extra cost. If you ever leave, the domain stays yours.

What happens if I cancel?

Your website stays live until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Your domain is yours to keep and move wherever you like.

How do I cancel or update my card?

Use the ‘Manage subscription’ link at the bottom of every page. You can update your card, download invoices or cancel in a couple of clicks.

Are there any extra costs?

No. The only other costs are optional and paid directly to providers, such as Stripe’s card fees on payments your clients make to you.
